Cheese Filled Egg Roll


For the egg rolls:

1 16 oz package egg roll wrappers
16 unwrapped mozzarella cheese sticks
2 cups corn oil

For the marinara:

1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 pinch of sugar
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
