Baked Teriyaki Salmon With Soba Noodles


For the salmon:

2 salmon fillets, 6-8 oz each
¼ cup Teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
½ tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon sesame oil
chopped chives, for garnish
sesame seeds, for garnish

For the noodles and vegetables:

5 oz. Soba noodles
1 tablespoon sesame oil
juice from ½ lime
½ avocado, sliced
6-8 asparagus spears, woody ends trimmed
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
olive oil
sesame seeds, for garnish
