Cheesecake with Nut Crust and Nutty Caramel Popcorn

Ingredients:

FOR THE NUTTY CARAMEL POPCORN TOPPING:
1/2 cup (3 oz) un-popped popcorn
1 cup unsalted almonds
1 cup roasted, unsalted cashews
1 cup unsalted macadamia nuts
1 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1.2 cup unsalted butter
1 tablespoon orange zest
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoons baking soda

FOR THE NUT CRUST:
2 1/2 cups ground nuts (I used a blend of macadamia nuts, cashews, and almond)
2 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons melted butter

FOR THE CHEESECAKE:
40 ounces cream cheese
1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 whole eggs + 2 yolks
1/4 cup heavy cream

FOR THE CARAMEL DRIZZLE:
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
