Hot Pepper and Mango Chicken Tacos


For the Chicken:

2 pounds chicken breast, fat trimmed
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoon chili powder
salt and pepper

For the Salsa:

2 mangos, diced small
8 ounces hot peppers, roughly chopped
1/2 jalapeno, seeds removed, minced
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 lime, juiced
salt and pepper


1/4 cup light sour cream
1/2 lime zested and juiced
8-10 small corn or flour tortillas
