2 cups diced onion
1 ½ tablespoons chopped garlic
1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into one inch pieces
8 ounces fresh baby spinach
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 cup heavy cream
8 ounce package cream cheese
½ cup grated Romano cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan divided
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella, divided
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 14-ounce can whole artichokes, drained and cut into quarters
