Ingredients:


1 c roasted pureed pumpkin (or the canned stuff if you must)
1 c buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract
1 Tbsp butter, melted
¼ c rice syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp each ginger, clove & allspice powders
pinch each sea salt & nutmeg
