1 garlic clove, minced or pressed

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

2 1/2 cups cooked quinoa (I like this one)

4 Tbsp finely chopped parsley

1/2 cup chopped green onions

2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh mint

3 Tbsp finely chopped fresh basil

½ medium ripe tomato, diced
