1 large bunch of cilantro (1 handful)
1 tablespoon agave nectar or honey
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup light olive oil
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
½ teaspoon ground oregano
½ teaspoon dried thyme
¼ teaspoon cayenne
½ teaspoon ground coriander
1 pound jumbo shrimp (21-25 count) peeled, deveined and tails removed, rinsed and dried well
