Cajun Shrimp Boil Potato Salad

1 package boil-in-bag shrimp and crab boil (3 oz)
2 tablespoons Zatarain’s Liquid Shrimp and Crab Boil seasoning
½ c fresh lemon juice
¼ c olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
2½ to 3 lbs baby red potatoes, quartered
1 package smoked sausage, sliced into bite sized pieces (about a pound)
4 ears fresh corn, husks and silks removed
2½ lbs raw jumbo shrimp, fresh or frozen, peeled and deveined
1 cup celery, roughly chopped
⅓ cup chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
3 tablespoons creole mustard
1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon horseradish
salt and pepper to taste
