3 spring onion, finely chopped
One small bunch of coriander, finely chopped

Marinade sauce:

1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 teaspoon Sichuan peppercorn powder

Dipping sauce:

3 garlic cloves, mashed
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 fresh chili green peppers
