Jerk Shrimp and Spicy Sweet Potato Nachos




For the Spicy Sweet Potatoes:
1 large sweet potato, peeled and diced
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Jerk seasoning (I used McCormick)
½ teaspoon chili powder

For the Jerk Shrimp:
¾ pound peeled and devained shrimp
1 tablespoon Jerk seasoning

For the Nachos:
1 bag Food Should Taste Good Sweet Potato Tortilla Chips
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
⅛ cup green onions, chopped
⅛ cup red onion, chopped
