Ingredients:

4 (1.5 pound) lobsters
1.5 cups tomato paste
1.5 cups coarsely chopped celery, with leaves
1.5 cups coarsely chopped carrots
1.5 cups coarsely chopped yellow onions
1 sprig of fresh thyme
5 sprigs of fresh parsley
½ tsp saffron
4 cups fat-free half-n-half
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup cream sherry
1 tbsp ground white pepper
¼ cup butter
¼ cup flour
