Tofu Stir-fry Sushi

2 tablespoon Hoisin sauce (Otherwise known as an Asian Barbecue Sauce)
2 garlic cloves grated
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1-16 oz block firm light tofu completely drained, patted with all excess liquid removed. (Wrap snuggly for 20-30 minutes in a paper towel prior to slicing.)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup broccoli cut into medium-sized pieces
1 carrot peeled and julienne
1 green pepper sliced into thin short strips
Nori cut into small rectangles
1/2 cup brown rice
