Asian Shrimp Stir Fry with Snow Peas

For the Sauce:

3 TB Asian Oyster Sauce
½ tsp cornstarch, dissolved in 3 TB water
1 TB Asian Hoisin Sauce
2 tsp sugar

For the Shrimp & Veggies:

olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups fresh snow peas
1 lb large shrimp, shelled/deveined, paper towel dried
3 tsp sherry
½ tsp grated fresh ginger
1 tsp cornstarch
½ tsp white pepper
