Beef, Broccoli & Edamame Stir Fry



Sauce ingredients:
1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp corn starch
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 pinch red pepper flakes
1/2 Tbsp Sriracha
1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth

For the dish:
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 lb flank steak, cut into thin strips against the grain
2 small heads of broccoli, cut into small florets
1 cup frozen, shelled edamame
brown rice for serving
sesame seeds for garnish
