Paleo Salmon Teriyaki

Ingredients:

Glaze:
¼ cup coconut aminos
¼ cup juice from fresh orange
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon arrowroot flour or tapioca flour (I prefer arrowroot)
1 large garlic clove, minced
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
2 teaspoons sesame oil
Pinch of red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon arrowroot flour or tapioca flour

Salmon and Toppings:
1- 3 pound salmon fillets, skin removed
2 carrots, peeled and cut into matchsticks
½ english cucumber, peeled and cut into matchsticks
1 red bell pepper, peeled and cut into matchsticks
kosher salt
garnish: sliced green onion, chopped cilantro, & sesame seeds
