1 cup edamame beans (steamed and removed from the pods)
2 scallions, thinly slices
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoon miso
3 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon sesame seed
scant red pepper flakes
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
