Steaks with Bourbon Cream Mushroom Sauce



2 thick steaks of your choice (I use New Strips or Ribeye Steaks)
3 cups of sliced baby portobello mushrooms
8 garlic cloves minced
2 tablespoons butter
4 teaspoons chopped fresh sage
¼ cup Bourbon liquor
½ tablespoon Bourbon liquor
1 cup heavy cream
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon dry white wine
Black Pepper
