2 small or medium bananas, mashed
1 teaspoon melted coconut oil
1/4 cup honey
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 egg whites (or 1 egg)
2 cups shredded zucchini
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup mini or regular chocolate chips, plus 2 tablespoons for sprinkling on top
