1 cup caster sugar
2 eggs
½ cup Greek yoghurt
1 tsp orange blossom water
1½ cups plain flour
3 tsp baking powder
½ tsp bicarbonate of soda (baking soda)
½ tsp fine salt
3 stalks of rhubarb
2 tsp sugar, for sprinkling
