1 1/2 cups butter (170g), room temperature

2 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup (120ml) sour cream
1 cup (120ml) milk
3 cups fresh cranberries

White Chocolate Icing:

12 oz white chocolate chips
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup butter, room temperature
8-9 cups powdered sugar
