3 heads of garlic to make garlic paste (you need an hour for this so plan accordingly)
3/4 lb. (12 oz.) pasta
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1/2 cup white wine
2 cups chicken broth
1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets and blanched until crisp-tender
1/2 cup powdered parmesan
