Brownie Shot Glass Dessert with Avocado Mint Mousse



1/2 cup sugar free homemade brownie (check recipe link in the post), crumbled
Avocado mint mousse
2 medium ripe avocado, flesh
1/4 cup Organic Coconut Cream
4 tablespoon Organic Blue Agave Nectar or raw honey
1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
8-10 fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
Few drops of fresh lemon juice to avoid the avocado to change in colour
Optional: few drops of peppermint extract for a stronger mint taste
Sea Salt Chocolate Peanut Butter ganache
110 g g dark chocolate (>70%) I used Lindt Dark Chocolate 90% Cocoa or sugar free chocolate
1/4 cup Organic Coconut Cream
1/4 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter - I used Pics peanut butter Made in New Zealand
1/8 teaspoon Pink Saltadjust regarding taste
