Delicious Caramel Coffee Gelatin

Ingredients:

Coffee Layer:
1/2 pack gelatin powder
1 tablespoons warm water
1 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
1 cups freshly brewed coffee

Cream Layer:
1/2 pack gelatin powder
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup coconut cream or evaporated milk
2 teaspoons white sugar

Topping:
4 teaspoons caramel sauce

Directions:

Dissolve both gelatins in water in 2 separate small bowls. Pour one gelatin mixture, coffee, and sugar in a saucepan and heat until dissolved. Set aside and keep warm. Pour the other gelatin mixture, cream, and sugar in a saucepan and heat until dissolved. Set aside and keep warm. Scoop coffee mixture into jelly moulds and wait until set. Then add cream mixture and wait until set. Repeat process. Chill in the refrigerator until set. Remove moulds and top each gelatin with caramel sauce. Ready to serve.
