3 tsp Hot water
3 C Heavy whipping cream
3/4 C Sugar
1 tbsp Pure vanilla extract

For the cookie dough:

1/2 C Espresso beans, chopped
1/4 C Unsalted butter, melted
1/2 C Packed brown sugar
1/2 C Sugar
1 1/8 C Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
2 tsp Pure vanilla extract
2 tbsp Milk
