Ingredients:


12 oz Guinness stout, divided
8 oz semisweet chocolate chips
½ cups (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into pieces, slightly softened
¾ cup pretzels, finely pulverized
¾ cup pretzels, coarsely crushed (for rolling the truffles)
