2 tablespoons capers
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon fine grain sea salt
Ground black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons butter (or ghee)
Juice of half lemon
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
