6 fresh basil leaves
3 green onions, thinly sliced, white parts only
⅓-cup cilantro or flat leaf parsley
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
½-cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon water
salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
