Mushroom Marinara



1 pound spinach fettuccine
1 pound sweet potato fettuccine
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced
1 small yellow onions, diced
1/2 cup Italian masala paste
1 cup vegetable stock (chicken stock is ok as well)
1/4 cup tomato sauce
28 ounce can of whole tomatoes
2 teaspoons of salt
2 teaspoons of pepper
