Ingredients:

2 14.75 oz Cans of Salmon
3 garlic cloves minced
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
2 full eggs + two egg whites beaten
1/2 cup thinly sliced Red Bell Pepper (about 1/2 Bell Pepper)
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Red Pepper
2-3 Tbs. Olive Oil **
1 cup plain breadcrumbs

Dill Sauce:
2 5.3 oz containers of Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 garlic clove minced
3 Tbs. Dijon Mustard
1 Tbs. Fresh Dill
Pinch of red pepper
Pinch of sea salt
