Ingredients:

FOR THE WHOLE WHEAT PIZZA CRUST
¾-cup Whole Wheat Flour
1-1/2 cups All-Purpose Ultragrain Flour (You can also use regular all-purpose flour)
1 teaspoon salt
¾-cup lukewarm water
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
3-1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon water

FOR THE TOPPINGS
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
½ teaspoon dried oregano
1 garlic clove, minced
fresh ground pepper, to taste
1 cup tomato/pizza sauce (use your favorite)
1 whole tomato, sliced into thin rounds (I used vine-ripened tomatoes)
¾-cup part skim shredded mozzarella cheese
¼-cup grated parmesan cheese
crushed red pepper, to taste
